Beveren Software specializes in ERP implementation (including ERPNext and Odoo), E-Invoicing solutions (ZATCA compliance), software customization, training, and ongoing technical support. The specific scope of work, timelines, and fees for any project will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Proposal signed between the Company and the Client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Beveren Software and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from the Site for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from the Site.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site.

  • Redistribute content from Beveren Software (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

3. User Obligations

While Beveren Software strives to ensure that ERP implementations and E-Invoicing solutions meet regional regulatory requirements (such as ZATCA in Saudi Arabia), the Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring their business remains in full compliance with local laws. Our services are provided as technical implementations and do not constitute legal or tax advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beveren Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services or the Site.

  • Any errors or omissions in the software provided (including third-party software like ERPNext or Odoo).

  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party that is marked as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential. This includes business processes, proprietary code, and financial data.

7. Third-Party Links & Software

Our Site and services may involve third-party software (e.g., Frappe, ERPNext, Odoo). Your use of such software may be subject to additional open-source licenses or third-party terms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites linked on our Site.
